Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We ship all orders via USPS within the United States.
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight at checkout.
- 1 bag (454g/1 lb oz): $7.00
- 2-3 bags : $10.00
- 4-5 bags : $13.00
- 6+ bags - free shipping
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes at this time.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number so you can monitor your package's delivery progress.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays. Please allow 3-7 business days total (processing + shipping time) for your order to arrive.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Shipping During Extreme Weather
Hard wax beads may melt in extreme heat. During summer months or in hot climates, we recommend choosing expedited shipping or being available to receive your package promptly to prevent heat damage.
